Hear how "Redefining the Placement Strategy" for the volunteer ministry is a part of the growth strategy of one of the fastest growing churches is Florida. Pastor Alex Anderson is the Discipleship Director for Bayside Community Church in Bradenton, Florida. He is a Master Certified Gifts Trainer and in November 2002 participated in very first teacher certification training put on by the foundation. His avid and successful usage of the motivational gifts program led to his lead pastor requesting that the program be implemented as part of their churches DNA. Since that time Alex has been instrumental in helping over 700 individuals to not only discover their motivational gifts, but enjoy life more through careers and personal ministries that fit their own personal God-given DNA. Karen Foster graduated with Honors from Seattle Pacific University with
a degree in Psychology and minors in Vocal Performance and Biblical
Studies. Learning about the Motivational Gifts has had such a profound
impact on her family that she couldn't wait to become a Certified
Teacher to share with others the healing and freedom she's found. She
loves seeing people being set free to be exactly who they were created
to be! Karen and her family live in Kingston, WA. Karen is one of our Master Certified Gifts Teachers and believes if every parent on the planet knew their children's gifts we could revolutionize the world! If we could raise just one generation in homes where their gifts were known and honored we would launch such a healthy, grounded, focused and powerful generation! Gina Marken, a Christian since 1977, is a graduate of Ichthus Bible
School, was a member of Youth With A Mission is Asia, and has been
involved in prison ministry to women since 2003. She has a passion for
prison ministry, public speaking and aviation. Gina has a vision for
taking the Gifts teaching to churches, prisons and the corporate
business world. It came as no surprise to Gina that she was an Exhorter/Administrator. What came, as a complete surprise, was to find out that her non-Christian husband was a Perceiver. He is in the process of seeing God active in his life through this life-changing teaching. He even replies with, “Well that’s because I’m a perceiver” and knows what he’s talking about! Gina and her husband, Greg, own Sound Benefit Administration in Poulsbo, Washington. |

the Assistant Director of the Foundation of Faith, Family & Friends.

life and head her in the right path for her ministry career. In working
with the many Certified Gifts Teachers, knowing their gifts helps her to
provide guidance and resources that will help them to structure their
ministries to maximize the use of their unique gifting and purpose.
